Dr James Huang has 25 plus years of biotech industrial experience including areas of recombinant DNA technologies, cell culture optimization and purification development, GMP biopharmaceuticals manufacturing, GMP testing and Quality assurance. With strong leadershipand creativity he has held senior responsibilities in the areas of gene cloning, high level –expression mutagenesis, host culture selection, strain improvement, cell banking, plasmid stability, process batch and fed-batch fermentation, assay development, virus removal, gene therapy vectors manufacturing (GMP) and vectors release testing.
